What you’ll do

 

The Specialist Project /Bid Manager supports the bids for and delivery of programmes of SAP Consulting Projects and Premium Engagement primarily in SAP UK and Ireland. The Specialist Project/Bid will also support with bids including Bid Management and Contracting.

 

EXPECTATIONS

  • Bid, Project and Programme engagement.

  • Support for pre-sales and set up of large and complex engagements or project portfolios at large accounts including strategic projects covering adoption of multiple Cloud solutions.

  • Support Programme Management in large SAP engagements

  • Billable and Internally Chargeable resource with utilization expectations.

 

SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Consulting Revenue

Achievement of revenue plans as set out in the budget process for our Consulting Services in the Market Unit.

  • Consulting Profitability

Achievement of profitability plans as set out in the budget process for our Consulting Services in the Market Unit.

  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Contribution to successful Bids

 

 

What you bring

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to act as a fully integrated member of the CS&D UKI Team

  • Willingness to work in a virtual team

  • Experience of project delivery

  • Experience working in Bid Management

  • Experience writing Contracts

  • Experience of Premium Engagement portfolio

  • Understanding of SAP Services Portfolio.

 

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or several years experience in bid management or project delivery

  • 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in project management or bid management

  • PMI certification / Prince 2 or similar advantageous

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Language: English fluent, verbally and in writing

Mobility: willingness to travel (up to 100%)

UK Citizen living in UK

Location: UK based, must be able to be onsite at UK Customers
