Shift: Rotation: Days and Lates, Monday to Thursday (2 weeks days / 2 weeks lates)
06:00 - 03:45 and 03:45 - 01:30

The company:
A leading supplier to the aero engine, marine and satellite industries, manufactures ring machined components. Works closely in partnership with customers, providing complete end-to-end solutions from formulating designs and sourcing materials through to manufacture, assembly and testing.
The candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Quality Inspector role will:
- possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed,
- possess an in-depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards,
- be able to work as part of a team as well as independently,
- be able to inspect in-process and finished product to ensure compliance to drawing specifications and customer requirements,
- provide aid to the manufacturing to ensure quality product is being produced,
- possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have minimum of 5 years' experience in an aerospace quality engineering environment,
- be experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- be experienced with Root Cause / Corrective and preventative action FAIR AS9102, Control Plans, FMEA, product verification and Visual Inspection
Job responsibilities:
You will be an experienced Quality Inspector. You will be able to:
- read and interpret customer drawings,
- use standard metrology techniques: Hand gauges / 1st Principal techniques,
- have CMM experience (PCDmis preferred) Operate (program),
- apply GD&T inspection methods,
- inspect tight tolerance parts, both assembled & machined,
- record and communicate information effectively.
- communicate clearly and effectively,
- manage and control calibration equipment,
- perform any other general quality duties asked.
