Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, yo ur primary goal is to help drive new revenue from our target audience of large enterprises in highly regulated industries such as pharma, financial services and heavy manufacturing. Y ou will prepare, execute and measure impactful account-based marketing (ABM) customer expansion and new logo lookalike campaigns , and help create and maintain revenue-influencing sales content such as Microsoft PowerPoint proposal documents
You will have guidance from the Director of Demand Generation and work efficiently with the experienced Marketing, Sales and RevOps Teams to ensure every effort to generate measurable results. In particular, you will provide campaign and collateral support to the Sales Development Representatives and Key Account Directors to help them succeed in engaging with their targets
The ideal candidate must be dynamic and self-motivated, have a focus on generating outcomes, understand how B2B organizations operate, and be keen to progress their career in marketing and demand generation in the enterprise software industry
Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute ABM initiatives that drive revenue from new customer logos, as well as expansion opportunities from key accounts
Handle the start-to-end process from ideal client profile (ICP) and key persona researching through to multi-channel execution of emails, webinars, website landing pages and sales enablement content requirements
Be the go-to contact in Marketing for the creation and personalization of sales proposal and presentation content
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and SDR teams and subject-matter experts for a unified approach, and to ensure campaigns and content are communicated clearly
Measure and analyze campaign activity to provide clear visibility into results & ROI and identify opportunities to improve
Bring new ideas and always look for new opportunities to effectively reach and engage enterprise target accounts
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years' experience in a software or technology marketing campaign role is highly advantageous, but not essential for the right candidate
Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of ABM or demand generation techniques
Confident communication skills, and comfortable collaborating with several stakeholders across different teams and geographies
A creative eye for design and layout with a natural ability to police the brand
Good project management, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure projects are efficiently assigned to others involved and ultimately completed on time
Knowledge / experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo or similar systems
Overall, a smart and proactive doer, who is keen to take responsibility and be accountable for their own work, and who enjoys generating positive outcomes from their effort
