Pitch Consultants is excited to be exclusively partnered with a fantastic digital marketing agency based in Birmingham to help them find a superstar Digital Account Manager to join their talented team.

This agency prides themselves on their strategic process, creative ideas, and results-driven approach. Working with a range of consumer brands, they create beautiful websites and digital marketing campaigns that deliver results.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of household brands as well as ambitious start-ups looking to make their mark in their specific sector. You'll be working with lovely clients, helping to define and create brilliant digital marketing campaigns for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in partnership with clients to understand their business challenges and goals.
  • Developing multi-channel digital strategies and campaign plans for new and existing clients.
  • Managing digital campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines are adhered to and budgets are managed.
  • Overseeing Account Executives, providing day-to-day support with project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an agency team.
  • Experience working on PPC, paid social, and email marketing campaign activity.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and a real team player.
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role, able to collaborate on strategy and present ideas to clients.
