If so, this could be the role for you We are looking for an HR Assistant to support an HR Manager to fully support all policies and procedures and provide a confident HR service ensuring tight deadlines are met, ensuring best practice is followed. \r

The role is based in West Kent and offers WFH during school holidays \r
\r

\r

Hours: Mon to Friday, 8.30-5.30pm, 44 weeks per year \r
\r

\r

\r

As a HR Assistant, you will: \r
\r

\r
\tOversee all staff training at Induction, maintaining training records accurately \r
\tSupport and assist with the end-to-end recruitment administration process for external and internal recruitment ensuring all required forms and records are completed and filed correctly \r
\tComplete all pre-employment checks in line with the safer recruitment policy, prior to commencement of employment \r
\tComplete and coordinate the process and administration for the employee life-cycle \r
\tEnsure CPD records are maintained using the Management Information Systems (MIS) \r
\tMaintain staff absence accurately, logging staff absences on the MIS database and raise any attendance concerns or triggers to the HR Manager \r
\tCo-ordinate and distribute employee gifts for significant achievements and life events as required \r
\tSupport the HR Manager to develop HR systems and processes, according to business needs, striving for constant improvement \r
\tAssist employees to use appropriate HR systems as needed \r
\tProvide reports using the HR systems as appropriate \r
\tAssist the HR Manager on projects as needed \r
\r
\r

With your experience at HR Assistant level, you will find this opportunity exciting and varied as well as rewarding. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. \r
