Electrical Design Engineer - Control Panels (Technical Training)

£30,000 - £40,000 + Specialist Training + Career Progression + Flexible Work Hours (40) + Pension Scheme + 28 days Holiday ( increase 1 x day per years' service up to a maximum of 5 x extra days) Employee Cash Benefit Scheme( Cash Back on Dentist/Opticians/Gym etc)

Office Based: Commutable from, Grantham, Nottingham, Stamford, Newark, Billingborough and Surrounding Areas.

Are you an Electrical Design Engineer looking to further your technical expertise within a rapidly expanding company who will invest in your ongoing training, development & long term career progression?

This is an exciting and genuinely rare opportunity to join a market leading company that will heavily invest into your technical development, as well as having the scope to progress your future career into a supervisory position and manage bespoke projects from cradle to grave.

This company specialise in the design and manufacturing of bespoke electrical control panel systems for a range of interesting clients. This is a varied role where you will work from an office creating designs using AutoCAD software.

Due to company expansion and exciting cliental growth, they are looking for someone who is motivated to progress their career, and as such the company will provide the opportunity to take part in specialist training into new areas of development.

This role will suit an Electrical Design Engineer looking for the next exciting step in their career with a company who values their employees in a varied & interesting role.

The Role:

  • Control Panel Design
  • Producing Electrical Schematic Drawings
  • Flexible Working Hours 40hours (Weekdays)


The Person:

  • Experienced in Control Panel Design Graduate in Design
  • Looking for Specialist Training, ongoing development & career progression
  • Local to Grantham
