Our client, a well-respected main contractor based in St Albans, seeks a skilled and experienced Estimator to join their growing team.

In this crucial role, you'll play a key part in project planning and execution, preparing accurate cost estimates, attending site meetings, managing project costs, and negotiating final accounts.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years' experience as an Estimator in construction, with a focus on commercial fit-outs in office, retail & hospitality sectors.
  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field like Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of construction methods, materials & regulations.

You'll also bring:
