About the role

SEIB Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their South Ockendon office.

Key responsibilities
Distribute supplier invoices for authorisation to relevant managers Enter authorised supplier invoices onto purchase ledger Pay authorised supplier invoices within credit terms Enter business payments onto sage Reconcile business bank account monthly Process weekly expense claims payments Reconcile petty cash tin Support the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties Provision of ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by management. Support the wider accounts team by taking phone calls and completing simple Open Gi tasks Knowledge, skills and experience
Proven work experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role Experience using Sage 50 accounts Highly organized individual with the ability to work to strict deadlines and be able to prioritize work load What we offer
