Accounts Assistant

In your first week in this Accounts Assistant role, you can expect to:
Process stock adjustments
Reconcil bank statements to the general ledger
Prepare and post nominal, sales and purchase ledger
Maintain and upload HMRC documents, including payroll and VAT returns
Manage banking, cash records, payments, and receipts
Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, journal posting and preparation
To apply for this Accounts Assistant role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
At least 1-2 years of experience working in accounts
Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills along with attention to detail
The ability to prioritise work and/or assignments to meet strict deadlines
Good telephone manner
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of accountancy, book-keeping, and cash management
