Housekeeping Assistant

Location: New Hall Hospital, Salisbury

Hours: 20 hours per week, Part-time, Monday to Friday - 4pm to 8pm

Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits

Summary:

New Hall Hospital is one of Wiltshire's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Situated in 14 acres of quiet, landscaped parkland two miles south of Salisbury, the Georgian Manor House was opened as a hospital in 1980 and currently has 32 patient beds.

By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The fully equipped ultra clean air theatre suite is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements. The day unit is suitable for minor operations and endoscopy.

The role:

We currently have a great opportunity for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at New Hall Hospital, based in Salisbury. You will be an enthusiastic individual to who will join our Housekeeping Department Team.

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will enjoy working within a team and have a desire to gain further skills bringing professionalism and excellent customer care to New Hall Hospital. You will also work closely with the team to provide a premium level of service to our patients, staff, and visitors and will be involved in all aspects of service in housekeeping.

Requirements for role:

  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills

  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • The ability to manage own workload

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
