This role allows you to experience working with the company through the agency for 12 weeks before transferring over to the company.

You will help deliver the right kind of care and support, making a difference, and coming home feeling rewarded by your achievements.

Candidates Will:

  • Be over the age of 18

  • Have a minimum of 6 months UK experience

  • Have a passion for providing the right kind of care and support

  • Possess a person-centred approach, where the needs of your client are of the utmost importance to you

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Be able to legally work full time in the UK.

The Role:

  • Ensure Service Users are at the heart of the care delivery, and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing

  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support

  • Support with personal care and meal times

  • Promote independence

  • Respect individuals' choices

  • Work as part of a team

  • Exhibit the ability to be patient and flexible to help support residents explore new interests and engage with new activities

What We Offer:

  • Day shifts from 08:00 - 20:00 Night 20:00 - 08:00 ; the working pattern will be advised by the client

  • Free training provided (Charges will apply if you leave the business before your 3-month probation period)

  • Initial payment for DBS required from applicant, refunded after 6 months of working for the company. Subsequent DBS costs covered by the company

  • Hourly pay starting from £11.44, with weekend and bank holiday enhancements

  • Weekly pay

  • Staff incentives

  • Open door policy with the Operations team

  • Ongoing support through training and staff reviews

  • Temp to Perm Positions
