Sales Support Coordinator
Hybrid - Milton Keynes Office & Remote (2-3 days pw in the office)
Permanent - GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 + Company bonus
My client are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who will become part of a diverse small Finance & Operations team within a leading internationally advanced technology solution provider, working with varied customers in a diverse number of sectors.
The primary function of the role is to manage all pre-sales requirements and assist with sales order processing and reporting, as needed, to support clients, the Sales team and the Finance and Operations team.
Essential skills & experience
- Knowledge of a ERP system (ideally Epicor)
- Knowledge of a CRM system (ideally Salesforce)
- 0365 literacy and IT navigation
- Knowledge of sales order processing environments
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively liaise with intercompany teams to gather the required data for efficient and accurate order processing
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a high level of independent judgment and initiative
- High attention to detail
- Be self-motivated
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner
