Salary - c£70,000 (DOE).
Package Details: Bonus, Pension Contributions, 33 Days Holiday.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:00am - 4:45pm) / Friday (8:00am 12pm).

Working within a knowledgeable, experienced Sales team, this role is consultative in nature with a high % of sales won via internal enquiries. With a mixture of account management and new business development this will suit a Sales Engineer who loves talking engineering and providing the right solution to benefit the client. Honesty, integrity and a consultative approach are top of the agenda for this role
Role Description
- Management and further development of existing accounts and establishing new business.
- Receiving internally and generating high-quality sales leads, from concept through to proposal / tender.
- Reviewing orders, negotiating prices and closing sales.
- Discussing equipment system requirements with customers and engineers.
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain products to customers.
- Attending client s sites and trade shows to market products & services.
- Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
Skills and Qualifications.
- Capital Plant / Engineering Machinery Sales experience.
- A proven track record of achieving sales within an engineering / manufacturing business.
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with a variety of stakeholders and decision makers.
- Strong communication skills and organisational ability.
- Qualified in an engineering or commercial discipline (desirable but not a pre-requisite).
- Ambition, hunger and motivation to progress in the future.
