**The Company**:As a seasoned **Business Development Manager** or **Sales Representative**, you will take full responsibility for the** business development **and **relationship management **of industrial and manufacturingclients within a variety of industries.If you have any experience of **selling fabric or materials** that would be ideal, but it is more essential that you can **grow sales from both existing and new customers throughout the South West**.This is a **B2B** role, dealing with a range of sizes of businesses and one which requires a **sales** focussed, yet approachable and communicative individual who really enjoys building relationships.
**Job Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain productive relationships within an assigned customer base, predominantly businesses in the South West of England.
- Manage the business performance of all assigned accounts including negotiations, adherence to supply agreements and dispute resolution as appropriate.
- Develop and grow existing accounts to achieve budgeted sales revenue and profit.
- Identify, target and convert new productive business and win accounts.
- Implement account development planning by mapping individual accounts to maximise full business potential.
- Work closely with Engineering and Production teams when developing new customers or products ensuring that the correct information is communicated, in a timely fashion, internally and externally during the project phase.

**Preferred Skills**:

- You will offer a proven and well documented sales history within the a business to business environment, ideally working within manufacturing.
- Any experience of selling fabrics, technical fibres, foam based products or similar would be highly advantages.
- You will be self motivated and able to manage your own diary and travel plans to see customers on a national basis.
- Sales/business experience in selling productsinto manufacturing customers would be a distinct advantage.
