School Receptionist Required for a great school in Sutton.

At Engage Education Services, we've specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We're currently looking for an enthusiastic School Receptionist to work full-time at a fantastic school in Sutton.

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous school based experience, and SIMS would also be preferred but not essential.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we're looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

Working hours are Monday - Friday Hours - Hours

About the role:

Our administrator duties can include:

  • Using the school's internal system to record data

  • Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks

  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner

  • Checking in visitors upon arrival

  • Issuing security passes

  • Logging student lateness

  • Communicating with outside vendors to ensure staff as aware of deliveries

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience working in a school

  • A real passion for working within an education environment.

  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
