TeacherActive is proud to be working with a lovely private day nursery located just north of Leeds (LS21). The nursery cares for children aged between 3 months to 5 years of age, with several different rooms set up to care for the different ages of the children. The current staff team are dedicated to ensuring the children within the setting have each of their individual needs met, and are supported throughout each step of their learning journey. The Nursery boasts a homely environment for the children to settle into and enjoy throughout the day.

The nursery are currently searching for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a part-time contract. The successful applicant will hold either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education, and will have previous experience working within an Early Years setting. The successful Early Years Practitioner will be able to provide 2 professional references.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will:

  • Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and current Child Protection policies
  • Have completed a Paediatric First Aid qualification
  • Be eager to develop their own skills as an Early Years Practitioner
