To produce a wide range of hand moulded artisan breads, including sourdoughs, ryes, wholemeal, seeded. Mixing, processing, oven work
Pastry skills also needed, we make our own Danish and croissants; we also produce wide range of confectionary and biscuits.
We also make many savoury products from quiches, salads, pasties and vegetarian food.
Experience with hand moulding preferable but full training will be given.
Early morning starts, with morning finish times.
5 days / week (cover where necessary)
Team player essential
This is a high end, quality bakery with an excellent reputation. We are a small and busy team so work is varied.
A love of baking required and also an understanding of baking hours
Salary depends on age and experience
