💼 The Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

- Plan, deliver, and differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students with SEN, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language disorders.

- Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators), parents, and other professionals.

- Utilise a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assistive technologies to support student engagement and learning outcomes.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.

- Assess student progress and provide feedback to inform instructional decisions and support student growth and development.
