We are looking for a 3D & Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one's skin.  

During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a  3D & Graphic Designer you will help our Design team create high quality content across all channels. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. If you're excited about starting your journey with Lounge and helping us elevate the brand to the next level, this role is for you.  

What you will do at Lounge:

Create high-quality 3D assets and animations for use in brand campaigns, product visuals, website elements, and social media. Collaborate with the wider Design Team to conceptualise and develop motion graphics that elevate the Lounge narrative. Design and animate product renders, immersive brand experiences, and engaging video content. Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Work closely with the marketing and social teams to produce visual assets that drive engagement and connect with our audience. Contribute to the evolution of the Lounge visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints. Stay ahead of design trends, applying innovative design techniques to continuously elevate Lounge's brand image. We would love it if you: 

Have proven experience (3+ years) as a 3D or Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D and motion design work. Are proficient in 3D design software (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar). Have a strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through design. Passion for creating visually stunning work that aligns with Lounge's brand values and aesthetic. Are able to stay agile, innovative, and ahead of industry trends in both graphic and motion design. Are familiar with video editing and animation workflows (e.g. After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro).  Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
