We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with a specialisation in AI applications to join a growing group within the Clinical Informatics Research Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and healthcare, with a particular focus on leveraging AI techniques to optimise clinical trial processes and outcomes.

Reporting Relationships

The Data Analyst will report to the Data Science Lead driving forward the agenda within the unit.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

Curate and consolidate clinical trial data from multiple sources Develop reports, visualisation tools Utilise statistical and ML techniques to optimise clinical trial delivery Keep abreast of latest developments in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology, and proactively identify opportunities to apply emerging methodologies to clinical trial research Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, statisticians, and software engineers, to design and execute data-driven strategies for improving clinical trial efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the conduct of clinical research.
