What are we looking for?
We are looking for skilled and experienced evaluation research staff to join our team on a maternity cover basis. It is an exciting and challenging time to join our emergent enterprise âHatchâ here at the School of Healthcare Enterprise and Innovation, University of Southampton. We are investing for growth and are looking for one full-time equivalent Enterprise Fellow with evaluation and policy research experience to join our team. We are very happy to discuss flexible working arrangements including job shares, part-time working and hybrid working models.

Designing and delivering mixed-method research and evaluation focused on answering stakeholderâs questions and supporting client needs? Developing and embedding Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning and Adapting approaches? Building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes? Creating engaging evidence briefs, infographics, reports and papers? Making the connection between policy and practice?We are looking for passionate and adaptable individuals to apply core evaluation and research skills in a variety of different contexts and sectors. Work is fast-paced and stakeholder driven so you need to be great at multi-tasking and playing to your strengths within a dynamic team.
