Salary: £38,734+ depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
- Work with the Early Careers team to coordinate the attraction, selection and review of Early Careers employees including onboarding and coordinating placements
- Proactively engage with prospective students and their tutors; facilitating roadshows, open days, STEM Ambassador activities etc.
- As functional lead for IM&T Early Careers, ensure that Placement Managers deliver top quality placements & support for EC employees
- Analyse, report on and act upon training and competency data
- Identify skills gaps and training needs for IM&T colleagues ensuring that the team have the competency and qualifications required to deliver
Your skills and experiences:
ESSENTIAL:
- Supporting others with the development of their knowledge, skills, behaviours and competencies
- Knowledge of IT and Computing career framework and skillsets
- Monitor, analyse and report on trends and metrics with a high level of Microsoft Office skills
- Planning, organising and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
DESIRABLE:
- Experience working with early careers employees, education or learning and development

The IM&T People Capability Team:
