As our Customer Services Assistant you will:

Respond to enquiries via telephone, email and Salesforce - ensuring the customer journey is seamless throughout and recording updates on a CRM system where necessaryProvide written quotations for outpatient and surgical treatmentManage the end-to-end customer journey, taking ownership at each touch pointWork closely with colleagues across the hospital, establishing great working relationships that enhance the patient journeyOrganise and host open events highlighting our services, ensuring attendees receive a warm welcome and are provided with all the information they need in order to make an informed decision regarding future treatmentHighlight the great work of the Hospital through a variety of media including managing our social media accountsBe part of a busy team, working individually and together to deliver the highest standards of customer service

The Person

To succeed as a Customer Services Assistant you will need:

Excellent verbal and written skillsA positive, proactive and customer focussed attitudeAn ability to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced team environmentDemonstrable experience in a customer facing roleHigh levels of accuracy and a keen eye for detailStrong administration skills, preferably with experience using a CRM system
