OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Stevenage on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
Duties of an Administrator:
- Daily invoicing at a high volume
- Stock checks and reconciliation's
- Assisting with sales and purchase ledgers
- PA support to Director - booking travel, events etc
- Supporting with a variety of administration tasks
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience within administration
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Knowledge of SAGE is desirable
- Ability to multi task
- Attention to detail
- Commercial awareness
