Role: Loan Administrator
Location: Stevenage
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5pm
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000, dependent on experience
OA are working with a well-established business based in Stevenage, seeking an experienced Administrator with high accuracy and attention to detail skills, to join the team
Immediate Start Date Available

Duties of an Administrator:
Collect and collate data from incoming customer / product specialist enquiries
Process incoming loan requests
Schedule loan items to utilise available assets efficiently
Raise disputes with customers in relation to missing or damaged items
Liaise with the workshop team to arrange repair of damaged items and agree upon schedule
Process invoices
Manage spare part stock
Maintain control of all assets in field, full traceability of lend cycle and outstanding items pending responses from customers.

Previous experience as an administrator
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Attention to detail
Highly organised and process driven
Ability to multi-task
Available to start ASAP
