Job Description

Developing and implementing risk management and compliance strategies in line with company and regulatory guidelines
Overseeing the creation of comprehensive risk assessments and audits
Driving continuous improvement in risk management and compliance practices
Leading a high performing team of risk and compliance professionals
Serving as the principal point of contact for regulatory authorities
Ensuring all departments are in compliance with regulatory requirements
Reporting directly to the board on risk management and compliance matters
Collaborating with other C-Suite executives to drive company-wide initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in a similar C-Suite role within the financial services industry
Expert knowledge of UK and international regulatory standards, SMF 4 and 16 are preferrable
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive strategy at a board level
Experience in corporate banking, payments, FX Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with regulatory authorities
