Pertemps are working with a fantastic client who are looking for a Service Support Operator on a full time, permanent basis. This role offers a mixture of customer service and administration and is well suited to those who enjoy speaking on the phone. You must have the ability to use a computer confidently and be organised. You will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, emails and any maintenance requests and log these onto the internal system and pass to the relevant team.
All incoming calls will be answered by you and you will ensure that each question or query is resolved or escalated to ensure a positive outcome. If you are looking for a new challenge and enjoy customer satisfaction then I want to hear from you Shift work is involved in this role and you will be based fully in the office. You will also be required to work one weekend in every four.
Role Responsibilities:
- Have a good telephone manner.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Can confidently manage incoming calls/queries and ensure they are directed to the appropriate people or department.
- Chase any queries/escalations and ensure the appropriate process is followed.
- Assist with ADHOC administration where required.
- Undertake other duties identified by management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a customer focused role.
- Must be computer literate.
- Be process driven and have the ability to follow instruction.
- Be able to work on own and as part of a team.
- Have great communication skills both written and verbally.
