Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Register all customers and visitors to site as per the security policies and procedures.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general support to staff members
- Supporting any key events in and out of normal working hours
Skills and Experience:
- A natural host that can make customers, visitors and colleagues feel at home within the location
- Experience of working in a high-profile environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Numeracy and technology literate with an excellent understanding of PowerPoint/Word/Excel, including an ability to build spreadsheet
- Engaging; enthusiastic; inquisitive; energetic
- Positive and flexible, team-based attitude
- Composed under pressure
