Mon- Fri- 8am-5pm

12 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Register all customers and visitors to site as per the security policies and procedures.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Provide general support to staff members
• Supporting any key events in and out of normal working hours

Skills and Experience:

• A natural host that can make customers, visitors and colleagues feel at home within the location
• Experience of working in a high-profile environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative
• Able to communicate at all levels
• Numeracy and technology literate with an excellent understanding of PowerPoint/Word/Excel, including an ability to build spreadsheet
• Engaging; enthusiastic; inquisitive; energetic
• Positive and flexible, team-based attitude
• Composed under pressure
