Oncology Product Trainer

London

This is a field-based role with a national remit so office attendance will only be required on an ad-hoc basis.

⢠All applicants must hold a full, clean driving license. 


We are currently working with an industry-leading pharmaceutical company who are looking to appoint a Product Trainer for their Oncology business unit. 


The role will provide you with the opportunity to work directly with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Medical, HR and Business Intelligence, and core responsibilities will include:


⢠Creating, planning & delivering customer-facing and industry-leading training programmes â for both new and established products.

⢠Coaching and developing field team members.

⢠Driving a culture focused on learning and growth, with the further aim of driving high performance across the business unit.


As an applicant, you will ideally:


⢠Be ABPI qualified.

⢠Demonstrate a strong and successful background in pharmaceutical sales.

⢠Have solid experience of training, coaching and developing teams within the pharmaceutical industry.

⢠Hold an in-depth knowledge, or experience of working within the Oncology space.
