Experienced Overheads Property Manager required for a large, successful retail business based at their Head Office in Plymouth. Reporting to the Senior Assistant Finance Manager, you will be involved in various day to day operations of the finance department. You will need to be well organised and proficient in dealing with the unexpected. You will enjoy working alongside others as part of a team. You will need to be adaptable, confident, and able to adapt with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities
Ownership of all property P&l & Balance sheet codes to include:
-Rent

-Rates

-Insurance

-Utilities

-Fixed Assets

-Repairs & Renewals
Monthly accruals, prepayments and other journals to support month end closeFull end to end process of Accounts payable of property invoicesCISReview of Capex / repairs expenditure Updating the FA registerStreamlining existing proceduresAnalyzing P&L costs & variances against budgetAnnual Budgeting
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment.Financial qualification (AAT or equivalent) essentialExcellent communication and analytical skillsTeam management High level of accuracy / organisational skillsIT literate with intermediate / advanced Excel skills
