Role

The team advises on all types of professional and commercial disputes as well as private client matters, providing practical advice to companies and individuals on the best way forward when trying to resolve disputes. It is involved in various tribunals and regularly deals with injunctions and other urgent matters. This role is an excellent opportunity for progression. The candidate will be well supported in developing their own caseload and career.

You

NQ -2 year PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor with an excellent educational record and experience in handling a mixed caseload of dispute resolution work. The ability to deliver succinct high-quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.. Committed to delivering exceptional client service, developing, and maintaining professional relationships
