Town & Country Covers is a leading supplier of protective vehicle seat covers and other

automotive accessories, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we strive to exceed industry standards and deliver excellence in every aspect of our operations.


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a New

Business and Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with key accounts, which include some large companies within the automotive sector. Based in Portsmouth, UK, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our business.


What we need you to do:


  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the automotive industry, including

    OEMs, fleet operators, and aftermarket retailers.

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and

      revenue goals.

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and

        providing exceptional service and support.

        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and

          operations to ensure alignment and delivery of customer requirements.

          • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and

            opportunities for growth.

            • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential and existing

              clients.

              • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes

                affecting the automotive parts market.

                • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our

                  brand and expand our network.
