We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time position in Camberley. This role involves providing 1:1 support to children with complex needs, helping them to thrive in a mainstream primary school setting.

With this foundation, we aim to in still a love of learning in our children. Our policy and practice are grounded in the latest understanding of how our brains learn most effectively. Our teaching strategies are 'brain-friendly,' ensuring children receive the support they need to learn best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to children with mild SEN, helping them engage with and access the curriculum.
  • Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Implement individualised learning plans and strategies tailored to the needs of the child.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support the child's development.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and accepting classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
