YOUR ROLE

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking Contract Manager at our large multi-user operation in Kettering, where you will be responsible for operational and customer service excellence to enable contract performance and success.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Reporting into the Senior General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery and operational management, where you will maintain a close working partnership with both the customer, operational leadership team and CEVA colleagues to develop the contract offering and underpin contract success. You will lead a diverse operational team to achieve customer service and operational excellence whilst instilling a continuous improvement, best in class culture to drive the business forward.

 

The role will be 70% operational based, directing your team, driving high standards and clear communication strategies and 30% client reporting, presenting, and communicating on contract performance.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing a warehousing operational team with a high level of client interface, ideally within a fast-paced multi-channel 3PL operation. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills as well as a mind-set that looks to create a high-performance culture through coaching and development whilst implementing sustainable improvements to drive business performance.
