  • Providing legal advice on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and general corporate governance
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents and agreements
  • Conducting due diligence investigations and compiling reports
  • Liaising with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored legal solutions
  • Collaborating with colleagues on complex transactions to ensure a seamless service delivery
