An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NQ Corporate Solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Edinburgh. The firm is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for corporate law to become an integral part of the growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing legal advice on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and general corporate governanceAssisting with the preparation and review of legal documents and agreementsConducting due diligence investigations and compiling reportsLiaising with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored legal solutionsCollaborating with colleagues on complex transactions to ensure a seamless service deliveryQualifications and Requirements:
Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with a focus on corporate lawStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesProactive attitude with a keen interest in corporate law and commercial awarenessAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational skills with attention to detailBenefits:
