We are working in partnership with a global solutions company who specialise in financial platforms. They are recruiting for a HR Advisors to join their team, supporting an exciting project linked with their expansion in the UK. - This role has scope to be extended.
Working for a brand that are industry leaders within their field, you will form part of a small team of HR Associates based both within the UK and overseas, reporting directly into the UK HR Programme Manager.
In this role, you will join a high energy and collaborative team that provides end-to-end HR support to our global workforce for all their HR needs.
You will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer experience, providing first line, HR & generalist support across various channels including: phone, live chat and web cases. Providing guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR s services and offerings, with exceptional quality, including benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, recruitment etc.
Core responsibilities:
Actively monitors case load volumes to ensure effective response and resolution time
Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience
Partner closely with centres of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience
Effectively partner with internal and external business partners to share the right level of information at the right time
Assist in the planning and delivery of HR related programs and initiatives designed to strengthen our performance culture with highly engaged teams
Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications
Participate in HR related projects and initiatives designed to improve the employee experience
Skills required:
3+ years of HR Generalist experience
Knowledge in supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc. With a focus on the employee experience
Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
Global exposure would be desirable.
Having experience in service now, salesforce, workday would be desirable
Continuous improvement mind-set
This is a fully remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of 19.78ph (annual salary equivalent of 38,571pa, based on 37.5hr pw) - Weekly Paid.
This role is a maternity cover position, minimum of 1 year with the potential for extension.
Please Note: Interviews will be taking place on 18th and 19th September.
Flexibility with working hours is required based on supporting some of your team and clients which will be overseas. Working across multiple time zones and scheduling needs with your peers. Additional benefits include 28 days holiday (incl. BH), pension scheme, no travel cost, 50 monthly Internet allowance.
