QA Days

Do you want to earn £545 a week based on a 40 hour week? We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join our Technical team at our site in Caistor.

What’s in it for you?

Purpose of the role

As a Quality Auditor (QA), you will be assisting in the smooth running of the Quality department, carrying out checks and calibrating machinery. This role plays a key role in maintaining the safety and quality of Avara products and ensuring legislation and customer specifications are met.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Checking and controlling ingredients, packaging and products against customer specifications.
  2. Taking samples and carrying out quality checks on products.
  3. Ensuring machinery and equipment is calibrated to the correct levels.
  4. Accurately recording data and uploading to the quality system.
  5. Escalating adverse findings to Process Leaders and Managers.
  6. Supporting the QA Team Leader and Technical Manager.

What we are looking for:

  1. Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
  2. The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
  3. Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
  4. Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Working Hours:

Tuesday - Saturday 07:00 - 16:00
