This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in the Energy industry and a good customer facing manner to develop administrative and technical skills with a view to long-term career progression. You will be responsible for helping to manage the billing process through invoice validation, query management and processing change, as well as creating reports.

This role would suit someone with keen attention to detail who is interested in deepening their knowledge of the Energy sector, seeking long-term opportunities for development and progression and the genuine chance to establish a lasting career.

The Role:

  • Administrative and analytical work on the utility billing process for commercial clients
  • Will involve liaising with clients and stakeholders, responding to queries, and regular communication
  • Will offer ongoing training opportunities, including accredited courses and qualifications

The Candidate:

  • Will have interest or experience in the Energy sector
  • Will be a comfortable communicator and capable of excellent customer service
  • Will have an analytical approach, pro-actively seeking potential issues and anomalies
