About the Opportunity

Our client is a UK-based company that helps individuals and businesses with moving needs by offering a platform to compare quotes from various professional movers. It facilitates house and office removals, and international moves, and provides resources for conveyancing and surveys, simplifying the relocation process.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the existing sales team and will be accountable for contributing to the continued growth of our trusted partner network of removal, surveying, and conveyancing partners.


Your Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries to recruit companies for our partner network, aiming for team and individual targets.
  • Work under pressure, using sales skills to build strong relationships with potential partners.
  • Make multiple calls and compose multiple emails daily to maximise conversions.
  • Perform some account management tasks.
  • Grow our business partner network through direct telemarketing.
  • Adapt your sales approach for different types of prospects.


Your Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of direct B2B telesales experience, skilled in lead nurturing and customer conversion.
  • Excellent communicator, friendly, and shares enthusiasm for our brand.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about telemarketing and email marketing, with proven results.
  • Confident in using Outlook for sales emails, both templated and free-written.
  • Team player, eager to help and share ideas.
  • Proactive, positive attitude to drive partner network growth and achieve company targets.
