We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team at Cavendish Munro, which is part of the Brown and Brown team. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of hybrid working. At our specialist insurance broker company based in the lively city of London, not far from the iconic Tower Hill, we are aiming to expand our horizons.

In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills. Being open to learning and listening is crucial for excelling in this position, which primarily involves telephone-based interactions with a mix of warm and cold leads for our New Business broking team.

As our company continues to evolve and grow, we have some exciting new opportunities on the table. This role not only offers a chance to make a good income with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £35,000 but also provides room for career development whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned business developer.

About Us:
Cavendish Munro, a Lloyd's broker nestled close to Tower Hill, specializes in offering Professional Indemnity insurance solutions to a diverse array of businesses, such as Architects, Solicitors, Surveyors, and other professionals.

Required Experience:
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality with an exceptional telephone manner (as this is a phone-oriented role)
  • Punctual and reliable work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in telephone conversations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in PC Skills, with a quick grasp of new systems like Microsoft Office and Excel
