Job Description Summary

BD Interventional (BDI) est leader dans le développement, la fabrication et la commercialisation de technologies médicales innovantes, qui améliorent les conditions de vie dans les domaines vasculaires, de l'urologie, de l'oncologie et chirurgicaux. Notre entreprise a été fondée il y a plus de 100 ans et nous sommes les pionniers de dispositifs médicaux qui forment aujourd'hui la pierre angulaire de la médecine moderne.

BDI est composé 3 unités commerciales :

  1. PERIPHERAL INTERVENTION /PI (intervention périphérique vasculaire et oncologique)

  2. SURGERY (hernie, bio chirurgie et prévention des infections)

  3. UROLOGY & CRITICAL CARE /UCC (urologie, soins à domicile et TTM Target Temperature Management)

Job Description

Vous êtes idéalement basé.e à proximité de Bordeaux ou Toulouse

Ce poste nécessite une capacité d'établir des relations avec les prescripteurs et patients, être à l écoute pour adapter l'offre BDI à leurs besoin.

Vous aurez ainsi pour responsabilités de vendre une partie de Services à domicile et pour objectif la commercialisation des produits BD dans le respect de la stratégie commerciale élaborée pour votre région (gamme urologie/endo urologie).

Avec pour mission le développement de la part de marché sur votre secteur, vos principales activités seront de :

  • Convaincre les équipes médicales (médecins rééducateurs - urologues et infirmiers- association de patients), prescrivant des produits d'urologie - stomathérapie et cicatrisation de choisir ISIALYS pour assurer la prise en charge de leurs patients.
  • Mener des actions de prospection, d'information, de communication et de relations publiques à l'attention des équipes médicales.
  • Planifier et organiser vos tournées sur le terrain et gérer votre emploi du temps dans le cadre de vos objectifs.
  • Remonter les informations terrain auprès de votre hiérarchie et collaborer avec vos collègues pour l'amélioration continue de la prise en charge des patients dans le respect de l'éthique.

Au-delà de vos responsabilités quotidiennes liées à la vente, vous jouez un rôle central auprès de votre direction pour améliorer la position concurrentielle et les résultats de votre secteur.

Vous disposez pour cela de différents moyens et outils (formations, outils marketing, congrès en France).

A propos de vous:

  • Diplôme en Ventes/marketing

  • 5 ans minimum d'expérience en qualité de commercial : Vous justifiez d'une expérience dans le monde de la santé et dans le secteur du soin à domicile dont vous connaissez les principaux interlocuteurs. Expérience obligatoire dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux

  • Français et anglais professionnel (compréhension et échanges simples
