Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team at Distinct Recruitment. As a key member of our Customer Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for building and delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to develop creative ideas for email and app communications that resonate with our customers.
  • Design and test custom emails using Adobe Marketing Cloud to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • Partner with our Loyalty and Data teams to continually innovate and elevate customer communications, shaping engagement and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Confident working in fast-paced and adapting environments with a keen interest in digital marketing and relevant technologies.
  • Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS, with a qualification in a related field being advantageous.
