Peter Alexander is coming to the UK
We're seeking passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager's to join us at our Stratford Westfield and White City Westfield stores opening early November 2024. To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Peter Alexander customer.
This is a full time 40 hrs per week role and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and bank holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support your Store Manager to drive sales to achieve targets and KPI's Assist in the development and training of the store team to increase productivity Support the Store Manager to develop team performance through regular coaching and feedback Regularly assess daily priorities and take appropriate action according to current results Promote a safe working environment for the team and customers Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss, and maximise sales Implementing visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes Assist with store Rota in line with stores trading profile Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer which is in line with the Peter Alexander brand Support your Store Manager with the recruitment of sales team WHAT WE CAN OFFER
