We are looking for a client lead on the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars account (part of The BMW Group). If you are looking to deploy your existing marketing and communications skills with one of our most exciting luxury clients – this role is for you.

In this global role, you can expect to be a trusted partner to the client and the team. You will take responsibility for the client relationship and leading the account team, unlocking their full potential, whilst overseeing the delivery of multiple cross-channel campaigns.

With your strategic hat on, you will identify the client’s business challenges and work with strategy and creative teams to find a solution. You will ensure commercial success and growth of the account, identifying and leading on new business opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

  • Experience as a Senior Account Director (or experienced Account Director) within other agencies, delivering at an international level and having led cross-agency relationships.
  • Having previously managed individual client marketing budgets exceeding £1m annually.
  • Be confident leading creative origination briefs, from concept, through production and post-production.
  • Proven understanding of a wide range of marketing & customer experience channels. Understanding of data, CRM and wider customer experience is highly valued.
  • Leadership and line management experience.
