My client, an innovative firm specialising in crafting strategic brand solutions for our clients across various industries. As part of our continuous evolution, we are seeking a talented AI and Motion Creative Designer to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming brands through cutting-edge design and innovation.

Role Overview:
As the AI and Motion Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and brand experiences for our clients through the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and motion graphics. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, and technologists to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that leverage AI technologies and dynamic motion graphics to engage and captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualisation and Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop innovative AI-driven design concepts and motion graphics solutions that align with client objectives and brand strategies.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies, such as machine learning and computer vision, to create intelligent design solutions that personalise user experiences, enhance interactivity, and optimise engagement across digital platforms.
  • Motion Graphics Design: Design and animate captivating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that bring static designs to life and elevate brand storytelling across various mediums, including web, mobile, social media, and video content.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in AI, motion graphics, and design technology to continuously enhance skill set and bring innovative solutions to projects.
  • Collaborative Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and technical considerations to internal teams and clients, fostering a collaborative and iterative creative process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables by conducting thorough reviews, testing for usability and functionality, and refining designs based on feedback and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), as well as familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
  • An understanding of AI use (mid-journey, stable diffusion etc) and willingness to move with the pace that it is growing at
  • A creative flair for interpreting storyboards and the ability to use your initiative with without them
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, including AI-integrated designs, motion graphics animations, and digital experiences.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design innovation.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams and interact confidently with clients.
