It's official Cre8 is expanding, and we're looking for a talented Creative Designer ready to unleash their creativity in shaping our marketing and design initiatives

We are Cre8 , a design studio based in Birmingham that pushes the boundaries of the health and care space through innovative design and strategic marketing .

Are you a pixel-perfect individual with a unique vision and a passion for anything and everything design? We want to hear from you and see a portfolio showcasing your best work and demonstrating your unique design taste.

What you'll be responsible for:

⭐️ Collaborating very closely with the Head of Creative & Design, you'll work on internal and external projects, utilising a range of disciplines to help our work stand out in a competitive industry.

⭐️ Utilizing your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, you'll craft concepts from ideation to end product, ensuring consistency and exceptional fidelity.

⭐️ Spotlighting upcoming global events, you'll drive the direction of both internal and external campaigns, capturing the essence of our brand and message.

⭐️ Leading specific projects to enhance our brand's presence across online and offline channels, leveraging your creative prowess to make a lasting impact.

⭐️ Contributing to the growth and development of Cre8 through your innovative ideas and proactive approach to problem-solving.

⭐️ Embracing opportunities to broaden your skill set by immersing yourself in various aspects of the business, fostering continuous learning and professional development.

⭐️ Working in a multi-channel team environment, working with disciplines you're not fully familiar with and owning it.

Desirable skills:

The ability to work within Leading web builders such as Framer or Webflow, with the occasional implementation of bespoke HTML & CSS.

Basic understanding of Videography and Photography to assist with any mixed-media needs.

Active engagement with social media trends across diverse industries, keeping abreast of the latest developments and opportunities.

Versatility in design techniques spanning both digital and print platforms, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in your work.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, taking ownership of your contributions.

Confidence in presenting and communicating your creative concepts to the wider team, driving innovation and excellence.
