Principal Commercial Lawyer

As a Principal Lawyer specialising in Commercial and Contracts, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering strategic goals for a dynamic legal team. Your expertise will drive the success of complex multi-million-pound procurements and contract activities.

The role:

  • Provide legal guidance on a range of contract and procurement activities
  • Advise on all aspects of project development, ensuring legal compliance
  • Assist in the management of Law and Governance Services, including performance management and Best Value initiatives
  • Identify legal risks associated with multi-million pound projects and propose strategies to mitigate them effectively

About you:

  • You are a qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
  • You have a minimum of five years' PQE experience of commercial law
