Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist and Site Lead/Lead Clinician

Location: Regional Role - Yiewsley Grange School / Upton Grange School / Syon Early Years

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Practitioner Psychologist and Site Lead/Lead Clinician with demonstrable leadership skills to join us at Outcomes First Group. About the role

Working independently within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures you will work within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.

Our clinical teams help to develop empowering environments where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and the pupils we support are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in field of Psychology and HCPC registration as a practitioner psychologist
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern)
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
  • Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults.
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
  • Skills in the management of data are also important as the role includes collecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of service delivery, development and project work.
